My tracking number shows no updates yet. Why? +

Your shipper needs time to process and hand off cargo before Bluebull can scan it in. Updates appear once we physically receive the shipment.

Can I update delivery instructions after booking? +

Yes — contact your dedicated forwarder directly, or submit a request through Customer Support. Changes may not reach an in-transit shipment in time.

Do you handle customs clearance? +

Licensed brokers are on staff in every major port we serve, so clearance is handled in-house rather than outsourced.
